Do bartenders have their own bar tools?

Absolutely! Our team do have their own personal set of bar tools. Having our own tools—like a shaker, jigger, bar spoon, or muddler—allows us to work more efficiently, maintain consistency, and feel more comfortable crafting drinks. Plus, it’s a way for them to bring a personal touch and pride to our craft!

Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums?

“We do have a minimum booking of 2 hours, but most clients find that 4 hours offers the best value and allows for a truly seamless experience.”

Do you require a deposit?

“Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.”

How many bartenders do I need?

“For up to 40 guests, one bartender is usually sufficient. However, depending on the drinks menu, we’ll provide a second bartender if we feel it’s necessary to ensure smooth service.”

How much alcohol do I need to purchase?

“If you choose one of our packages with open-bar pricing per person per hour, you don’t need to buy any alcohol—everything is provided by us. If you prefer to supply the alcohol yourself and just hire our bartending services, we’ll be happy to guide you on the right quantities.”

Setup Cost

“There is a €250 setup fee for the bar.”

Final Payment

“The remaining balance is payable two weeks prior to the event.”

Cancellation

“Cancellations made at least two months before the event incur no fees. If the cancellation is less than two months before the event, the deposit will be retained.”
